Course Description:
The Virginia Army National Guard provides a list of courses to improve energy awareness not only in our facilities, but in everyday use. The recommended courses will help soldiers develop a better understanding of energy efficiency, and how to reduce energy cost. These courses help with building automation systems, energy efficient fundamentals, strategic energy planning, and also an introduction to building controls. This path will help identify potential energy savings for all in the Virginia Army National Guard.

3. Financing and Performance Contracting for Energy Efficiency Projects
4. Energy Efficiency with Building Automation Systems I

8. Energy Procurement I: Options in Regulated and Deregulated Markets
9. Commissioning For Energy Efficiency
10. Lighting II: Defining Light
11. Lighting III: Lamp Families: Incandescent and Low Pressure Discharge

官方回應: 很開心你在我們的課程中找到價值。並附上證書。
PS: 之前的討論區post就被刪除了。也許他們已經解決了系統性問題，而不是只有解決獻慶的"個案"。如果已經解決系統性問題，那未來去學習的朋友們，就不會再遭遇獻慶碰到的問題了，這是好事。

再回去系統中看，不僅課程顯示"COURSE COMPLETED"，證照也可下載。另外，官方也把課程達成率由99.8%調整成100%。看來他們也有注意到達成率的系統性問題。

在溝通證照問題，是另一個樂趣。
有問題，想問，就得尋找管道去問。管道有偏差，也許就沒有結果。可以再試試別的管道。有嚐試就有機會。
如果一直沒溝通到，那就看狀況囉! 總之都是有時間再處理。
有往預期的方向去結束問題，當然是很好! 這樣也許別的朋友就不用在遭遇此問題了!
